Rental Property FAQs
What are your booking conditions?
The minimum age requirement for booking is 25. With regard to payment, 50% of the balance is due 60 day before arrival, and the remaining 50% is due 30 day before arrival. Each payment, is non-refundable as of the time of payment, however we alway refund guests to the extent that we reaplace them with another guest.
Do you allow pets?
Dogs are permited at a limited number of our properties. A $200 pet fee applies per pet. Service animals are permitetted and the fee is waived for such situation (however the animal is never permitted to be in the unite alone if it is a service animal) please note we do not allow any pets other than dogs.
Arrivals & Departures
check-in time is 3 p.m. and check out is 10 a.m. We can sometimes make exceptions to these times (a fee may apply) so please inquire about the possibility if you are interested.
